About SANCA Eastern Region
Innovative Approaches to Treatment
In 2015, in collaboration with the Department of Social Development and community stakeholders, we introduced the innovative Day Clinic model to address the growing need for accessible substance abuse treatment. This model offers a unique approach to combating addiction and provides a vital link between inpatient and outpatient services.
SANCA Eastern Region has been a cornerstone of the community since 1992, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective substance abuse treatment. 1 Our journey began with the merger of two organizations, SANCA Reiger Park and SANCA Vosloorus, driven by a shared vision to serve diverse communities across Eastern Gauteng
Expanding Our Reach
Over the years, we have expanded our services to include multiple locations, including:
Boksburg office with satellite offices in Vosloorus, Katlehong, Thokoza, Geminston, and Alberton
Springs office with SANCA Geluksdal as the main office and Springs central as a satellite office

To provide specialized, accessible, and affordable substance abuse prevention and treatment services to all the people of Eastern Gauteng, thereby enhancing the quality of life and restoring the self-respect and dignity of persons affected by alcohol and drug dependence.
Our Vision
SANCA Eastern Gauteng has its vision to be the most effective Organisation in the field of prevention and treatment of alcoholism and drug dependence in the Eastern Gauteng.
